02. RESEARCH & ITINERARY DEVELOPMENT

We function as a combined analyst, guide, and travel therapist. Our expert trip team will research and develop an itinerary, presenting you with ideas, inspiration, and insider tips.

03. CONFIRMATION & FINE DETAILS

We’ll confirm and book your full itinerary and orchestrate everything — from the big things like hotels, guides, and transfers — to the fine details like dining reservations, spa bookings, and concierge arrangements.

04. RECONFIRMATION & DEPARTURE

Each itinerary goes through a meticulous reconfirmation process to guarantee quality. Before you depart, we’ll schedule a call to review the itinerary and ensure you’re prepared and excited for your trip.

05. TRAVEL & FOLLOW UP

After take-off, we’ll check in regularly and be there to support you throughout your trip. When you’ve returned home, we’ll be eager to hear your stories and gather feedback.

Our Pricing

Local Foreigner is a luxury travel consultancy, and we charge hourly fees for our services. Hourly rates vary among team members and range from $100 to $350. At the beginning of the trip planning process, we take an upfront retainer. Once this retainer is exhausted by accrued planning hours, we bill on a monthly basis. If there is a remaining balance after the completion of services, it will be credited toward the client’s next trip.
